Our Chef Team
From left to right, Alex, Nic and Barry. Head Chef Nic, originally from Manchester, has worked in a number of the leading city and island restaurants with 16 years experience under his belt. He designs his menus with a Modern contemporary mix of British and European cuisine in mind and has a passion for creating new and exciting sweets and deserts. Second chef Alex is a local Manx-man from Peel, with only a few years experience under his belt, has a eye for plating and a creative flare. He is well on his way to becoming a great chef. Restaurant Assistant Barry, originally from Liverpool has been a member of Ocean since we opened our doors in 2017. He is a vital member of the team and can be seen assisting in both front of house and behind the scenes.
